Bio of speaker:
As Director – Smart Energy China, CLP Holdings, Mr. Wu is responsible for new smart energy related business development in China, including smart grid, microgrid, energy retail and innovative energy solutions for smart parks and smart cities.  Prior to this, he held senior positions in various parts of the CLP Group – Technical Services for the Power Grid, Regulatory Management, Marketing and Customer Services, Strategy and Planning, Energy Services, etc. Prior to joining CLP, he worked for the management consulting company McKinsey & Co. in the Greater China region and the utility industry in New Zealand and Australia.  Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the Tsinghua University in Beijing, China and an MBA from the University of Rochester in USA & University of Otago in New Zealand. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer of HKIE and an Executive Committee member of the JC-PIPI chapter of IEEE Hong Kong.
