Prof. Zhao XU became the Editor of IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid

Since October 2015, Prof. Zhao XU (Department of Electrical Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University) becomes Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid, which is considered the best journal in the smart grid field.
