Dr. Youwei JIA won 2nd winner in 2015 IEEE Region 10 Postgraduate Paper Contest

Dr JIA Youwei (Postdoc of Department of Electrical Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, former PhD student of Prof. XU Zhao's research group) won 2nd winner in 2015 IEEE Region 10 Postgraduate Paper contest for his paper titled "A Hybrid Approach for k-way Partitions in Smart Grid based on Laplacian Spectrum and Self-Organizing Map". He will receive cash prize of USD 300 and a certificate.
