Solar-powered vehicle first navigated in the public roads in Hong Kong

The forth-generation solar-powered vehicle "SOPHIE IV", as developed by more than 20 teachers and student of the engineering research team of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE), first navigated in the public roads in Hong Kong on 28 June 2015, travelling from Yuen Long via Tai Lam Tunnel to Kowloon. The vehicle already obtained the temporary license by the Transport Department to navigate during designated timeslots.
