Prof. Jianbin Xu awarded the Ministry of Education (MOE) Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Awards 2014

Prof. Jian-Bin XU (Director of Materials Science and Technology Research Center, Professor, Department of Electronic Engineering, CUHK) have been awarded  the Class 2 Natrual Science award of the MOE Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Awards 2014 for the project titled "石墨烯晶体管及其光电探测器的界面工程研究".
