PhD Student of Prof. Zhao Xu was awarded the "Best Student Paper Award" in the IEEE 2018 International Conference on Innovative Smart Grid Technologies Asia in Singapore

Mr. Xu Xu, PhD student of Professor Zhao Xu, Department of Electrical Engineering, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, won the Best Student Paper Award in the IEEE 2018 International Conference on Innovative Smart Grid Technologies Asia, for his paper titled "Optimal Placement of Voltage Regulation for Photovoltaic Hosting Capacity Maximization".  This international conference is one of the IEEE PES flagship conference, held during 22-25 May 2018 in Singapore. The award is the only one among more than 70 student papers in the conference.
