We are soliciting poster & demos for the following two events of the TRS project:

*No matter if you register for one or two events, all poster and demos should be ready at the venue by 9:00am of 28 Sep 2017.

Deadline to register posters: 21 Sep 2017 (Thurs)

Participants are encouraged to submit their posters. The best posters will win a cash cheque and an award certificate. Selection criteria will be based on the content and quality of the posters.   Please note that the poster board size is 62 inches (160cm) in height and 35 inches (90cm) in width, posters with any size smaller than this are acceptable. Participants are required to print their posters on their own. Please prepare pins or staples to mount your posters to the boards, velcro tapes are NOT applicable.

In the registration form, you are reminded to list any equipment support (e.g. number of tables and chairs, power supply, laptop computer) you need.

Reminder for Participants:

1. The best posters will win a cash cheque and an award certificate. Selection criteria will be based on the content and quality of the posters.  

2. Please note that the poster board size is 62 inches (160cm) in height and 35 inches (90cm) in width, posters with any size smaller than this are acceptable.

3. Please prepare pins or staples to mount your posters to the boards, velcro tapes are NOT applicable.

4. All posters and demos will be presented in both events:

1. TRS Advisory Board (28 Sep 2017) and
2. TRS Project Workshop for Energy Storage (29 Sep 2017)

5. All posters are required to be mounted onto the poster boards / All demos are required to be ready by 9:00am of 28 Sep 2017.

6. The display venue (SHB 603) will be ready for your setup any time after 9:00am of 27 Sep 2017. All posters / equipment should be removed before afternoon of 3 Oct 2017 the latest.

7. Each poster will be assigned a poster number, which will be announced at the display venue. Please mount your posters at the correct board no.

8. You are strongly encouraged to be present in both 28 and 29 Sep to present your posters / demos. If you have significant difficulty to attend, please inform the Project Manager beforehand.
